You’ll be given an application form, including health history to complete prior to our meeting so that I can guide you in the most effective and valuable route to wellness. Cancellation Policy
I understand there is a 48 hour appointment cancellation/rescheduling policy. This means that If 48 hours or more notice is not given by me, prior to a booked appointment, to either cancel or reschedule, then the appointment will be forfeited from a pre-paid package.
