Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

At Empowered Her Health, we are committed to providing a clear and transparent experience across our services, programmes, and products. Please review the sections below for full details.

Shipping (Wellness Box)

Our Wellness Boxes are shipped on a quarterly basis within the UK.


  • Orders are dispatched within the scheduled quarterly shipping window

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your box has been dispatched

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location


We aim to ensure all orders are delivered promptly, however delays outside of our control (such as courier issues) may occasionally occur.

Returns & Refunds (Wellness Box)

Due to the nature of the Wellness Box and its contents, including consumable and personal care items:

 

  • All boxes are non-refundable once dispatched

  • We do not accept returns of opened or used products

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including:

 

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Supporting photographs

 

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Subscriptions & Cancellations (Wellness Box)
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused prior to the next billing date

  • Once payment has been processed for an upcoming box, this cannot be refunded

Services, Programmes & Packages

Cooling-Off Period

You have the right to cancel your package within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided that:

  • The programme has not yet started, and

  • No services or consultations have been delivered

 

If your programme begins within this 14-day period, you acknowledge that services have commenced and no refund will be available.

 

Payment Terms

  • By enrolling in a package, you agree to pay the full programme fee, regardless of usage or attendance

  • For monthly payment plans, payments must be made on time

  • Late or missed payments may incur additional charges

 

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We operate a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy:

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice

  • If less than 48 hours’ notice is given:

    • The session will be forfeited if part of a pre-paid package, or

    • The session will be charged in full for standalone bookings
